Welcome to Ora Cleaner! Ora Cleaner is a mobile device application ("App") that provides a service of cleaning up photos & videos on the iOS platform. To make these Terms easier to read, the App and its services are collectively called the "Services." Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully because they govern your use of our Services.
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Services.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, store, use and disclose our users' personal information. Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
From time to time we may modify the Terms at our sole discretion. If we do so, we will inform you within the App. You acknowledge that if you continue to use the Services after such modification, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If you don't agree to be bound by the Terms at any moment, please do not use the Services. Also, you acknowledge that we may change or discontinue all or any part of the Services, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion.
The Services are offered and available to users who are 13 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. Fees
Ora Cleaner offers certain enhanced features of the Services, which you can purchase as a monthly or yearly ("Subscription"). A description of features associated with Subscriptions is available via the Services. When you purchase a Subscription (each, a "Transaction"), Ora Cleaner will charge your third party payment processing account, including, but not limited to, your account with the app store or distribution platform (like the Apple App Store, Google Play or the Amazon Appstore) where the App is made available (each, an "App Provider"), for verification, pre-authorization and payment purposes. You may also bear additional charges that your App Provider, bank or other financial service provider may levy on you as well as any taxes or fees that may apply to your order. Your order is not binding on Ora Cleaner until accepted and confirmed by Ora Cleaner. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided in these Terms. If you have any concerns or objections regarding charges, you agree to raise them with us first and you agree not to cancel or reject any credit card or third party payment processing charges unless you have made a reasonable attempt at resolving the matter directly with Ora Cleaner.
All amounts are payable and charged: (I) for one-off purchase , at the time you place your order; and (II) For monthly or yearly subscriptions, at the beginning of the subscription and, because each such subscription renews automatically for an additional period equal in length to the expiring subscription term until you cancel it, at the time of each renewal until you cancel, using the Payment Information you have provided. If you purchase your Subscription via an App Provider, you can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time with the App Provider. You must cancel your monthly or yearly Subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next Subscription period. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period and you will continue to receive the Services ordered until the end of your current Subscription period.
You agree that we may change our pricing terms for Subscriptions at any time. In this case we will notify you before such changes become effective. Changes to the pricing terms will only apply for Subscription renewals after such changed pricing terms have been communicated to you. If you do not agree with the changes to Ora Cleaner’s pricing terms then you may choose not to renew your Subscription in accordance with the section "Subscriptions Automatically Renew Until You Cancel & How to Cancel Your Subscription."
1. You fully understand and agree that the Ora Cleaner only provides you with a platform for information sharing, transmission and acquisition. You should judge the content in the Ora Cleaner by yourself and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including any damage to the content. risks arising from reliance on correctness, completeness or usefulness. 3. 6. You agree that you will use your account legally, and will not use the account maliciously to cause damage to the Ora Cleaner or any third party or seek illegitimate benefits; you agree that you will not use the products and/or services provided by the Ora Cleaner to conduct any Improper activities, these prohibited actions include but are not limited to the following situations:
(1) Objecting to the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damage to national honor and interests;

(5) Undermining the state's religious policy, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes;
(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(9) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
7. The Ora Cleaner may, based on its reasonable judgment, have the right to stop transmitting any of the aforementioned content in accordance with the law for violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement; or content that infringes, hinders, or threatens the rights or safety of any person, or impersonates others. , and has the right to take appropriate legal action against any person who violates this clause at its own discretion, including but not limited to, deleting illegal, infringing, inappropriate and other content from the Ora Cleaner service, terminating the membership of the violator , prevent them from using all or part of the Ora Cleaner services, and save relevant information and report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. If it is confirmed by the judicial department that the above judgment of the Ora Cleaner is wrong, the user agrees that the Ora Cleaner will not bear all the consequences arising therefrom.
8. User rights and obligations:
(1) The ownership of the Ora Cleaner account belongs to the Ora Cleaner. After the user uses the Ora Cleaner through the device, there will be an account bound to the device by default, and the right to use the Ora Cleaner account will only belong to the initial user.
(2) Users have the right to change and close personal permissions on the Ora Cleaner, but it should be noted that closing related permissions will also affect the use of all or part of the Ora Cleaner's functions. The user bears the risk.
(3) The user shall abide by the terms of this agreement and use the service correctly and appropriately. If the user violates any of the terms of this agreement, the Ora Cleaner has the right to terminate the provision of services for the breaching user account according to the agreement.
1. Ora Cleaner reserves the right to provide you with the replacement, modification and upgrade version of the "Software" at any time and the right to charge for replacement, modification or upgrade. The "Software" enables the "Upgrade Prompt" function by default for the user. Depending on the version of the "Software" used by the user, the Ora Cleaner provides the user with a choice whether to enable this function. After a new version of the software is released, the Ora Cleaner does not guarantee that the old version of the software will continue to be available. The Ora Cleaner reserves the right to unilaterally change or restrict some functions of the software due to business development needs, and the user shall bear this risk.
2. The Ora Cleaner and/or cooperative units will provide users with various Internet and mobile communication value-added services related to the "software" according to the development of the market and technology, including free and paid value-added services. Ora Cleaner and/or cooperative units reserve the right to charge fees for relevant value-added services and change charging standards and methods; if related services are changed from free to paid services, Ora Cleaner and/or cooperative units will notify in an appropriate form, and users can independently Choose to accept or reject the fee-based service, and guarantee that when using the fee-based service, the fee will be paid in accordance with the relevant charging regulations of the Ora Cleaner and/or the cooperative unit. 4. The Ora Cleaner and its cooperative units are not responsible for all losses suffered by users due to communication line failures, technical problems, network, computer failures, system instability and other force majeure reasons caused by third parties such as telecommunications departments.

If the normal operation of the service is affected by force majeure events such as technical failures, the Ora Cleaner and the cooperative unit promise to cooperate with the relevant unit in the first time, and deal with and repair it in a timely manner. Like most Internet services, this service is affected by differences in factors including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc., and may be intruded by various security issues, such as others using user information to cause real-life problems. Harassment in other software; other software downloaded and installed by users or other websites visited contain viruses such as "Trojan horses", which threaten the security of users' computer information and data, and then affect the normal use of this service, etc. Users should strengthen awareness of information security and user data protection, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid loss and harassment.
7. Users must understand that the use of this service may be affected by unstable factors in various links because it involves Internet services. Therefore, this service has the risk of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements due to force majeure, computer virus or hacker attack, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technical, Internet, and communication line reasons. Therefore, users can only use the content under the authorization of Ora Cleaner and advertisers, and cannot copy, modify, edit or create derivative products related to the content without authorization.
10. In any case, the Ora Cleaner shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, accidental, special or penal damages, including the loss of profits suffered by the user due to the use of the Ora Cleaner service (even if the Ora Cleaner have been advised of the possibility of such losses). 2. Scope of "Software" Authorization(1) Users may install, use, display, and run the "Software" on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes.
