Welcome to Ora Cleaner! Ora Cleaner is a mobile device application ("App") that provides a service of scanning barcode & QR on the iOS platform. To make these Terms easier to read, the App and its services are collectively called the "Services." Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully because they govern your use of our Services.
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Services.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, store, use and disclose our users' personal information. Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
From time to time we may modify the Terms at our sole discretion. If we do so, we will inform you within the App. You acknowledge that if you continue to use the Services after such modification, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If you don't agree to be bound by the Terms at any moment, please do not use the Services. Also, you acknowledge that we may change or discontinue all or any part of the Services, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion.
The Services are offered and available to users who are 13 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Services.
Fees
Fancy Clean offers certain enhanced features of the Services, which you can purchase as a monthly or yearly ("Subscription"). A description of features associated with Subscriptions is available via the Services. When you purchase a Subscription (each, a "Transaction"), Fancy Clean will charge your third party payment processing account, including, but not limited to, your account with the app store or distribution platform (like the Apple App Store, Google Play or the Amazon Appstore) where the App is made available (each, an "App Provider"), for verification, pre-authorization and payment purposes. You may also bear additional charges that your App Provider, bank or other financial service provider may levy on you as well as any taxes or fees that may apply to your order. Your order is not binding on Fancy Clean until accepted and confirmed by Fancy Clean. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided in these Terms. If you have any concerns or objections regarding charges, you agree to raise them with us first and you agree not to cancel or reject any credit card or third party payment processing charges unless you have made a reasonable attempt at resolving the matter directly with Fancy Clean.
All amounts are payable and charged: (I) for one-off purchase , at the time you place your order; and (II) For monthly or yearly subscriptions, at the beginning of the subscription and, because each such subscription renews automatically for an additional period equal in length to the expiring subscription term until you cancel it, at the time of each renewal until you cancel, using the Payment Information you have provided. If you purchase your Subscription via an App Provider, you can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time with the App Provider. You must cancel your monthly or yearly Subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next Subscription period. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period and you will continue to receive the Services ordered until the end of your current Subscription period.
You agree that we may change our pricing terms for Subscriptions at any time. In this case we will notify you before such changes become effective. Changes to the pricing terms will only apply for Subscription renewals after such changed pricing terms have been communicated to you. If you do not agree with the changes to Fancy Clean’s pricing terms then you may choose not to renew your Subscription in accordance with the section "Subscriptions Automatically Renew Until You Cancel & How to Cancel Your Subscription."
1. You fully understand and agree that the Fancy Clean only provides you with a platform for information sharing, transmission and acquisition. You should judge the content in the Fancy Clean by yourself and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including any damage to the content. risks arising from reliance on correctness, completeness or usefulness. Fancy Clean cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by user actions.
2. Any content you transmit in the Fancy Clean service or through the Fancy Clean does not reflect the views or policies of the Fancy Clean, and the Fancy Clean is not responsible for it.
3. The services provided by Fancy Clean may include advertisements, and you agree to display advertisements provided by Fancy Clean and third-party suppliers and partners during use.
6. You agree that you will use your account legally, and will not use the account maliciously to cause damage to the Fancy Clean or any third party or seek illegitimate benefits; you agree that you will not use the products and/or services provided by the Fancy Clean to conduct any Improper activities, these prohibited actions include but are not limited to the following situations:
(1) Objecting to the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damage to national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Undermining the state's religious policy, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes;
(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(9) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
7. The Fancy Clean may, based on its reasonable judgment, have the right to stop transmitting any of the aforementioned content in accordance with the law for violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement; or content that infringes, hinders, or threatens the rights or safety of any person, or impersonates others. , and has the right to take appropriate legal action against any person who violates this clause at its own discretion, including but not limited to, deleting illegal, infringing, inappropriate and other content from the Fancy Clean service, terminating the membership of the violator , prevent them from using all or part of the Fancy Clean services, and save relevant information and report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. If it is confirmed by the judicial department that the above judgment of the Fancy Clean is wrong, the user agrees that the Fancy Clean will not bear all the consequences arising therefrom.
8. User rights and obligations:
(1) The ownership of the Fancy Clean account belongs to the Fancy Clean. After the user uses the Fancy Clean through the device, there will be an account bound to the device by default, and the right to use the Fancy Clean account will only belong to the initial user.
(2) Users have the right to change and close personal permissions on the Fancy Clean, but it should be noted that closing related permissions will also affect the use of all or part of the Fancy Clean's functions. The user bears the risk.
(3) The user shall abide by the terms of this agreement and use the service correctly and appropriately. If the user violates any of the terms of this agreement, the Fancy Clean has the right to terminate the provision of services for the breaching user account according to the agreement.
1. Fancy Clean reserves the right to provide you with the replacement, modification and upgrade version of the "Software" at any time and the right to charge for replacement, modification or upgrade. The "Software" enables the "Upgrade Prompt" function by default for the user. Depending on the version of the "Software" used by the user, the Fancy Clean provides the user with a choice whether to enable this function. After a new version of the software is released, the Fancy Clean does not guarantee that the old version of the software will continue to be available. The Fancy Clean reserves the right to unilaterally change or restrict some functions of the software due to business development needs, and the user shall bear this risk.
2. The Fancy Clean and/or cooperative units will provide users with various Internet and mobile communication value-added services related to the "software" according to the development of the market and technology, including free and paid value-added services. Fancy Clean and/or cooperative units reserve the right to charge fees for relevant value-added services and change charging standards and methods; if related services are changed from free to paid services, Fancy Clean and/or cooperative units will notify in an appropriate form, and users can independently Choose to accept or reject the fee-based service, and guarantee that when using the fee-based service, the fee will be paid in accordance with the relevant charging regulations of the Fancy Clean and/or the cooperative unit. 3. Any claim, demand or loss claimed by any third party, including reasonable attorney fees, caused or incurred by the user in violation of the provisions of this "Agreement" or related terms of service, the user agrees to compensate the Fancy Clean and its cooperative companies and affiliated companies, and keep it from damage.
4. The Fancy Clean and its cooperative units are not responsible for all losses suffered by users due to communication line failures, technical problems, network, computer failures, system instability and other force majeure reasons caused by third parties such as telecommunications departments.
5. If the normal operation of the service is affected by force majeure events such as technical failures, the Fancy Clean and the cooperative unit promise to cooperate with the relevant unit in the first time, and deal with and repair it in a timely manner. However, all losses suffered by the user as a result, the Fancy Clean and The cooperative unit shall not be held responsible.
6. Like most Internet services, this service is affected by differences in factors including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc., and may be intruded by various security issues, such as others using user information to cause real-life problems. Harassment in other software; other software downloaded and installed by users or other websites visited contain viruses such as "Trojan horses", which threaten the security of users' computer information and data, and then affect the normal use of this service, etc. Users should strengthen awareness of information security and user data protection, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid loss and harassment.
7. Users must understand that the use of this service may be affected by unstable factors in various links because it involves Internet services. Therefore, this service has the risk of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements due to force majeure, computer virus or hacker attack, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technical, Internet, and communication line reasons. The user must bear the above risks, and the scanner is not guaranteed. The scanner is not responsible for the failure of the user to send and receive read information, or to send and receive wrong information.
8. 9. The information content defined by the Fancy Clean includes: text, software, sound, photos, videos, charts; all content in advertisements; commercial information provided by the Fancy Clean to users, all of which are subject to copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights and legal protection of ownership. Therefore, users can only use the content under the authorization of Fancy Clean and advertisers, and cannot copy, modify, edit or create derivative products related to the content without authorization.
10. In any case, the Fancy Clean shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, accidental, special or penal damages, including the loss of profits suffered by the user due to the use of the Fancy Clean service (even if the Fancy Clean have been advised of the possibility of such losses). 2. Scope of "Software" Authorization(1) Users may install, use, display, and run the "Software" on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes. Users are not allowed to install, use, or run this "software" for commercial operation purposes, and are not allowed to use the software or the data released into the memory of any computer terminal during the running of the software and the interactive data between the client and the server during the running of the software. (2) The user shall not install the "Software" on other terminal devices without the express permission of the Fancy Clean without the permission of the Fancy Clean.
